What materials are your grip socks made from?
GripCity socks are made from a premium blend of performance fibers and breathable merino wool, designed for comfort, durability, sweat wicking, and odor control.

What are grip socks used for?
Grip socks provide traction, stability, and comfort on smooth surfaces. They’re commonly worn in studio fitness classes, wellness and recovery settings, and everyday environments where hygiene and slip-resistance matter.

Grip socks enhance balance and stability while helping prevent slips on smooth floors. Many spaces require them for hygiene, and they’re also useful in everyday settings with tile, hardwood, vinyl, or laminate surfaces.

What sizes should I order?
We offer two adult sizes and three children’s sizes.

Customization & Design
Do you offer design support?
Yes. All orders include free in-house design support, whether you’re starting from scratch or using existing artwork.
What can be customized on your grip socks?
Depending on the sock style, you can customize:

Will my socks match the mockup I receive?
Yes. Your mockup will closely reflect the final design. Any production-required adjustments will be reviewed and approved by you before manufacturing begins.
Ordering, Pricing & Payment
What is the minimum order quantity?
Custom orders require a 300-pair minimum per color and style, with size breakdowns available in 50-pair increments.
What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining 50% balance is due once production is complete and prior to shipment.
All designs are finalized before production begins, and every order is backed by our GripCity Quality Guarantee.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Contact us directly to discuss bulk pricing and volume discounts.
Can I request a sample before placing an order?
Absolutely. We’re happy to send a stock sample from a previous professional project. Samples are free; we simply ask that you cover shipping ($5).
Production, Shipping & Packaging
What is the turnaround time?

Initial orders: ~45 days from artwork approval

Reorders: ~30 days
Seasonal note: Orders placed in February may require an additional 2–4 weeks due to Lunar New Year closures.

How are the socks packaged?
Each pair arrives in eco-conscious paper packaging featuring your branding and “Made by GripCity,” with a built-in hang tag for easy retail display.
Can you ship to multiple locations?
Shipping to one U.S. location is included with a 300-pair order. Split shipping to multiple U.S. addresses is available in 100+ pair increments for an additional fee.
Care Instructions
How should grip socks be washed?
Wash as usual. To extend their lifespan, we recommend air drying or using low heat.
Return & Quality Policy
What is your return policy?
Because custom orders are made specifically for your brand, all custom orders are final sale.
If there is a manufacturing defect or a discrepancy from the approved design, we’ll make it right with a replacement or credit in accordance with our quality guarantee.
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery to info@gripcitysocks.com and should include your order number and clear photos of the affected items.
