Custom Grip Sock Return & Cancellation Policy

Because every GripCity order is custom-made from scratch specifically for your brand, custom grip sock orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

Design & Approval

Before production starts, you'll receive a custom digital mock-up for review and approval. We offer revisions during the design phase to ensure your socks reflect your brand and specifications. Production will not begin until final artwork has been approved and payment has been received.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes and cancellations may be requested before final artwork approval and payment. Once artwork has been approved and your order has entered production, changes, cancellations, returns, and refunds are no longer possible.

Manufacturing Defects

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@gripcitysocks.com and include photos of the issue.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or resolution.

Manufacturing defects do not include:

• Minor color variations resulting from the manufacturing process
• Slight differences between digital mock-ups and finished products
• Issues resulting from artwork approved by the customer
